Specialised PU Foams
A number of specialised foams have been specifically designed, developed and are being manufactured by us keeping in view the different comfort levels of different applications and categories of footwear. The range of specialised foams includes:
- Airoflex: It is made with state of Art Technology having Excellent Shock Absorption, Cushioning and resilience properties. The compression set of this foam is negligible making it an ideal choice for the sports shoes or for the shoes where very high energy return is required.
There is a negligible loss in properties even after repeated dynamic compression which makes the foam highly comfortable and fatigue free over a long period of time.
- Airolite: It is high performance foam used in formal footwear segment where a high degree of comfort is required. It has a very low compression set and gives exceptional comfort and durability.
- Airosand: It is a specially designed Memory Foam for footwear, which follows the movement of the foot and dampens the shock on the feet.
